SUPREME JAZZ TRI0
The Supreme Jazz Trio (Instrumentation: Vocals, Saxophone, Guitar) is playing concerts as well as performing at cultural events, such as company parties and the opening of exhibitions.
After graduating from the colleges of music in Hamburg and Berlin the bandmembers established themselves as higlhly regarded artists of the young and vital Berlin jazz scene, while working in several bands and bigbands as well as collaborating with radio/tv stations and theaters.
The group´s style could be named as entertaining and cultivated Jazz music, that of course invites to listen attentively but which is also particularly suitable for soft performances, since the musicians of this ensemble will adapt themselves to the acoustic properties of every venue, to create a relaxed background ambience.
The repertoire of the Supreme Jazz Trio consists of Jazz standards of the swing and bossa nova era such as Take 5, The Girl From Ipanema, Take The A-Train, All Of Me, Moon River a.o.
Optional some more instruments as upright bass, piano and drums could be added to enlarge the ensemble. Alternatively the trio can be scaled down to a duo saxophone/guitar and accordingly vocals/guitar.
